Recommended Maintenance
Oil & Filter
Change -
$24.95 and every third one
on same
vehicle is free!
What is included? 5 quarts Motorcraft 5W20 oil; Motorcraft or equivalent filter; Multi-point safety inspection; Car wash, diesels
and full synthetics not included.
What do I need to know? For every gallon of fuel your vehicle burns, about a gallon of water is created. This water is a byproduct of combustion and most of it goes out the tailpipe. Some of this water is trapped inside the engine and is eliminated after the engine has operated at normal working temperatures for several minutes. If you make frequent short trips, there is a good chance that your engine oil is being contaminated. Not to worry – regular maintenance takes care of this problem. We recommend a 3000 mile interval for oil changes. We also
recommend our Deluxe Oil Change. If you haven't been changing the oil regularly you may need to have the oiling system flushed. This will remove all the sludge that accumulates in your engine.

Rotate
tires -
$19.95
What do I need to know? Rotating your vehicle's tires can prevent premature and excessive tire
wear. "Cupping" is the most typical wear pattern. The primary causes of tire
wear are: uneven weight distribution; uneven heat buildup; tread pattern
design and misalignment. Tires mounted on the front of vehicles bear the
brunt of the load. Add twisting and turning and these tires get a real
workout. So give you tires a break. rotate. We recommend that you balance
your tires routinely.

Rotate & Balance 4
Tires -
$34.95
What do I need to know? At 60 miles per hour an average size tire rotates 850 times per minute.
At this speed, slight variations in balance, sidewall stiffness or roundness
can cause the tire to literally slam into the pavement 14 times per second.
But beware... even a balanced tire will vibrate! Here's why? You can balance a
square object to spin about its axis smoothly, but it won't roll very well.
This is what can happen when your tires are just "balanced". We use a
different approach... the Wheel Force Variation method. Force Variation is a
computer- simulated road test of the wheel and tire combination on a very
sophisticated piece of equipment. The Force Variation method makes the wheel
and tire "round when rolling". The equipment is very high tech, the price is
very affordable and the benefits are great. We recommend that you rotate and
balance your tires at 6000 mile intervals.

Alignment
-
$59.95 for most models
What is included? Check and set caster, camber and toe to factory specifications as
applicable. Parts not included. Light trucks may be higher.
What do I need to know? Your vehicle may be equipped with rack and pinion steering. All
steering systems are expensive to repair, but rack and pinion costs the
most! Poor front end alignment places undue stress on steering components
and can lead to failure. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish. Ask about an
alignment today.

Brake
Inspection -
FREE
What do I need to know? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Inspecting your brakes
can save big bucks. Worn out brake pads or shoes can damage the rotors or
drums. Minor scratches can be removed from the rotors and drums by
machining. However, deep gouges could necessitate replacement of these
costly items. Ask about this FREE service.

Engine
Tune-up -
start at $49.95 - 4 Cylinder
/ $69.95 - 6 Cylinder
/ $89.95 - 8 Cylinder
What is included? Replace worn spark plugs with new Motorcraft or equivalent plugs;
inspect related components, ie, spark plug wires, distributor cap & rotor;
set and verify engine timing to factory specification. Platinum style plugs
not included.
What do I need to know? If your vehicle is running rough; surging; hesitating when you pull
away from a stop or has an illuminated "Check Engine" or "Service Engine
Soon" light, you probably don't need a tune-up. Spark plugs are among the
most dependable items in your vehicle's engine. If you think that your car
or truck needs a tune-up, ask yourself why. The answer should be: "Because
it is time." If not, ask what course of action to take to correct your
concern.

Fuel Injection System
Service -
$69.95
What is included?
Clean fuel injectors with specially formulated BG products. Diesels not
included.
What do I need to know? Have you experienced decreased MPG, loss of power, rough idle, hard
starting or hesitation? It could be that your vehicle's fuel and air
induction systems need routine maintenance. Dirty injectors do not produce
the consistent, fine mist of fuel required for proper engine operation. This
leads to reduced engine performance. Ask about our way of dealing with these
problems.

Cooling System
Service -
$84.95
What is included? Power flush system and re-condition coolant using specially formulated
BG product.
What do I need to know? Antifreeze is made of ethylene glycol (which never wears out) and
various additives (which do wear out). Some additives provide "reserve
alkalinity" to neutralize internal corrosion before it can start. As long as
this "reserve" alkalinity" is not depleted, the cooling system should be no
worse for the wear. If you wait too long, the result can be expensive
internal corrosion in the radiator, heater core and engine. Our method uses
flushing, instead of draining. This helps dislodge and remove accumulated
debris in the system. It also recycles old coolant that would otherwise
remain in the engine block. By restoring the existing coolant , this service
helps protect our environment too.

Minor Transmission
Service -
$79.95
What is included? Drain fluid, clean or replace screen as required, refill.
What I need to know? Save your transmission! Most automatic transmission systems hold 12
quarts of fluid. Conventional services drain and replace only about 1/3 of
the fluid. The remaining 70% of old fluid simply contaminates the new fluid.
That's why we recommend you get an Automatic
Transmission flush and complete fluid change.

Automatic
Transmission Flush and Complete Fluid Change -
$139.95
What is included? Power flush transmission, cooler and
converter. Refill with new fluid and performance enhancing additives. (Most car & light trucks)
What do I need to know? Most automatic transmission problems are caused by oxidized automatic
transmission fluid (ATF) which deposits in critical areas such as valve
bodies. In today's auto, harmful oxidation can take place in just a few
thousand miles. Conventional services drain and replace only about 1/3 of
the fluid. The remaining 70% simply contaminates the new ATF and often
causes more harm than good. Our preferred method of service uses
state-of-the-art equipment to flush the entire system of all varnish, gums
and suspended debris. We then install new fluid and fortifying additives to
add to the life and performance of your car or truck.

A/C System
Check -
$29.95
What is included? Check system performance and pressures; leak check; visual check of
system components
What do I need to know? The air conditioner on your car or truck is one of the hardest working
systems in the entire vehicle. Internal pressures hit 250 psi. Temperatures
inside the compressor can exceed 200 degrees. This is with everything
working correctly! Low refrigerant level, bent fins on the condenser or fins
packed with bugs, or an evaporator core filed with debris and mold all make
it tougher for the A/C to do its job. Let one of our technicians insure your
comfort with an Air Conditioning System inspection. Click Here to learn about an effective way to eliminate smells & mold from your A/C system.

Fill 4 Tires With
Nitrogen -
$40.00
What's Included: Completely drain all air from all 4 tires and refill with nitrogen. Also you get one year free enrollment in Nitrofill Auto Club, which is an emergency roadside service that also includes help with planning any trips you
take.
What do I need to know? Air and moisture inside your tires contribute to oxidation of the rubber in your tires, and also allow for substantial pressure variances as the temperature of your tires increase as you drive. Nitrogen is much more stable in pressure as the temperature in your tires
change.

Routine Repairs
Quality Care Brake
Service -
$119.95
- For Ford's, same service with Motorcraft parts
for $139.95
What is included? Replace front or rear pads or shoes; inspect brake lines, hoses and calipers.
Machining of rotor or drum or other repairs not included.
What do I need to know? Front brakes work hard for you! Did you know that the front wheel
brakes on your vehicle handle 60-70% of the braking? The ratio is even
higher on front wheel drive vehicles and unloaded light trucks. Don't be
surprised to find that your vehicle requires linings on the front, while the
rear wheel brakes only need some service and adjustment.
Is your pedal low? For best brake operations, the brake linings must
maintain a position very close to the brake drums. Through normal use, brake
linings will wear away, increasing their distance from the drum. Modern
vehicles use a self-adjusting mechanism to maintain the correct distance.
These adjusters do their job when you back up. However, from time to time
these adjusters need a little help from a knowledgeable technician. Let us
know if your brake pedal is low. it might be resolved with an adjustment.

Belt
replacements -
We will gladly give you a quote
Contact Us to inquire about belt pricing for your model vehicle.
What do I need to know? Does your car sound like birds chirping? You might have an accessory
drive belt (aka serpentine belt) than is worn excessively. Don't think that
a little tightening will solve your problem. Most modern vehicles use spring
loaded devices to maintain the correct tension. The real culprit is heat.
Every time a belt passes around a pulley, it bends and flexes. This produces
heat which hardens the rubber over time. After millions of journeys around
the pulleys, even the best drive belt needs to be replaced.

Tires
- We sell all major brands
- Our prices are very competitive. Call for Price.
What do I need to know? Brakes don't stop cars. tires do! The tread on your vehicle's tires
plays a critical role in braking, especially on wet surfaces. The typical
new tire has a tread depth of 12/32 of an inch. Most manufacturers recommend
replacing a tire when the tread depth is 4/32 of an inch. How much is 4/32?
Stack two dimes and look at the edge. that's 4/32! Let us offer you an
alternative to the Original Equipment tires on your vehicle. Most of the
time, we can offer you a better tire for your usage at an equivalent or
cheaper price.

Battery
replacement -
$79.95
to $99.95 for most car & light trucks.
What do I need to know? CCA (cold cranking amps) is a rating used in the battery industry to
define a battery's ability to start an engine in cold temperatures. A large
amount of amperes are needed to start the engine, but only for a short
period of time. Don't be fooled into thinking that any old battery will do
the job. While a lesser-rated battery may start your vehicle for a while,
its life will be a short one and will be a waste of your money. Always stick
to a battery with a CCA rating equal to, or greater, the Original Equipment
battery.
